Oracle shall provide its Oracle Cloud Platform to Ann Arbor and the divisions, townships and departments that request access (collectively "Ann Arbor Requesters").  The Oracle Cloud Platform is a high availability enterprise application environment that resides in the cloud.  The Oracle Cloud Platform will allow Ann Arbor Requesters to deploy internal applications grounded in Windows & Linux while connected to Oracle RAC databases.  This award includes the use of Oracle FastConnect private networking capabilities for all users in the Ann Arbor Requester environment.  All participants in the Ann Arbor Requester environment will have access to and resources devoted to the use of Oracle High Performance Computing (HPC) resources and capabilities for the duration of the award consistent with needs and utilization as presented over the period of calendar year 2015.
